Termites! I got a question from a Realtor today asking if the termite company doing the work on a condo was “VA approved”. This is a really good question. Most people think the VA and FHA have to approve of everything but they DO NOT.
Great news. The VA has no approved list for termite companies, or home inspectors for that matter. Of course the company has to be reputable, and the veteran does have to acknowledge the report, along with a representative of the termite company.
So don’t be afraid of the VA buyer; that’s what I am here to help with!
