Myth Buster of the Week: Investors, have you been told that Fannie Mae only allows you to finance 4 properties?
This is FALSE!
Investors can finance up to 10 properties with Fannie Mae financing. Most lenders only have a contract for up to 4 financed properties, but there are some that have a special provision to go up to 10.
