This week we had the great joy of helping a newly minted doctor get approved to buy her first home in the impossible to afford San Francisco area!

She had given up hope before being referred to us by her realtor.

The local big banks and her credit union told her that she qualified, but would need 20% down, which in her max price of $1,200,000 price range is $240,000, which she didn’t have.

Rents in San Francisco is nearly as much as a mortgage payment, so she didn’t want to wait.

We were able to put her in our non-bank 5% down loan for $1,200,000. No PMI so it’s all tax write off. Now she is off on the hunt for her first home and she is one of our true believers spreading the word!
